Refund Process
Refund for Unsuccessful Transaction
The deposit will be fully refunded to the original payment method within 3 business days after the auction concludes.
Trade-in discount
After a successful bid, the deposit is automatically applied as part of the down payment.
Voluntarily Give Up
Refunds available before the auction starts; no refunds after the auction begins.
Penalty Deduction
If payment is not made after the deadline following a successful transaction, the deposit will be forfeited as liquidated damages and will not be refunded.
